Niyibikora Safi popularly known as Safi Madiba, has revealed that he has started recording his new songs for his second Album, which is being produced by Producer Element EleéeH through the 1:55 AM music label.
It is the first song that this man has performed on the soil of Rwanda after four years ago he was based in the City of Vancouver in Canada, where he also performs his musical activities, as well as his normal life.
Safi Madiba has been in Rwanda for a few days on a trip to meet, socialize and live with his friends and relatives.
It was a journey that started with a concert he performed at the Green Lounge at Kicukiro in Kigali City; He even plans to meet up with his former Urban Boys bandmate, Nizzo Kaboss as Humble Jizzo is currently in Kenya.
Safi Madiba told journalism that during the past four years he had a desire to perform his art in Kigali, which is one of the reasons why he asked Element to perform his first song in Rwanda which will be part of his album.
It is a song that he says is special in his musical journey, but he has not yet decided if it will be part of his new album that he is touching, after the first album called “Back to Life” that he released in the last months.
Talking about his second album, he started working in Kigali, he said, “It’s a song on my second album, Producer Element is touching it.”
The video he put out, shows him with Element in the studio at 1:55 AM; there are even some parts where he helps Safi to sing.
Element, who is making a song for him, joined the music production journey, while Safi Madiba was away with the band Urban Boys.
But the time came for him to leave the group and start his music journey as an independent artist. Working on music in Canada, he did not work face-to-face with Producer Element, which is why when he arrived in Rwanda he decided to immediately work with him as a current producer.
Element is working on a song for Safi Madiba, while he recently performed at a concert in Uganda, where he also performed songs for various artists who have yet to announce their names.
The young man was recently in Tanzania, where he performed songs for Diamond, Rayvanny, Ali Kiba and others.
