After the concert, in an interview with the media, Israel Mbonyi gave various comments about the concert he performed and his life in general.

 Some of the questions asked of the artist included the clothing of his colleagues, both musicians and some of his singers. The two of them came dressed in clothes that were almost Islamic.

He said that he did not see any problem with the clothing because it was Middle Eastern clothing, especially since they were well-dressed. 

The artist spoke about the book he is writing, titled “Njyewe n’inanga yanji,” saying that it is a book that will contain his journey in music, which is why he is not releasing it soon in order to continue collecting ideas, saying that he is still gathering knowledge so that the contents of the book will be full of wisdom. 

When asked about his relationship with The Ben, Israel said that the two are usually close friends, and he is glad that he invited him and he obeyed. Kandi said that the reason the song project they were supposed to work on together seemed to be delayed was because of Ben’s idea. 

He said, “We made a very good song, but he sat me down and said, Israel, we need a song that is not just for today; we need a song for all times that would help here and reach out to everyone.”

 The artist Kandi returned to Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe, saying that he was the person who advised him to perform at the Amahoro Stadium, but he refused due to various obstacles. 

Israel Mbonyi, speaking about his thoughts after the concert, said he was pleased with how people enjoyed his concert, saying he thanked God even more. He says that at the beginning of his concert, he immediately fell asleep, saying that he was grateful for how his fans helped him and it went smoothly as if nothing had happened. 

The artist has also been worried about when he will get married, saying it will be soon, and no matter what happens, it will be this weekend.
